There are lists of exercises & physical challenges on the exercise ball you will stugggle with at first. The muscle recruitment patters of engaging the CORE and remaining engaged throughout movement is where the training just begins! From beginner to elite athlete, the exercise ball can deliver a complete learning curve about your CORE endurance and overall development. After consistent practice and concentration on recruiting the correct muscles, you will master and understand what it means to engage the CORE and not "cheat." Core muscles can be trained in isolation and in compound movements on the ball. The exercie ball, also know as the Swiss Ball, is a simple and inexpsnsive piece of equipment to incorporate exercises that get your body to respond in ways you may have been missing.

It is my pleasure to introduce this training method on ~ MONDAY EVENINGS 5:30PM ~ 217.414.8500
