Inadaqute hydration levels can negatively affect internal workings of organs, systems, and ultimately decrease immune function and cognition. After prolonged exercise and intense training, it is imperitive to rehydrate the body for systems and metabolic processes to thrive. Taking in the proper amount of water everyday can be a struggle with certain lifestlye routines. If this is you, take extra time to consume water often and consistently before and after meals and exercise. By far, water is the most important nutrient in the world. How is your water intake?

GO FOR THE LEMON WATER

1/2 lemon squeezed

12oz water
