What activity can improving cardiovascular function, control blood pressure, and release anti-depressive hormones?

Daily EXERCISE!

Make a conscious effort to care for your body and mind each day with some physical activity. As little as Three 10-minute bouts of exericse most days a week has been shown to improve the body's capacity for exercise. Whether its MT biking, off-road trail running, recreational play, or group exercise, setting time aside to exercise will refresh your mind and body.
